This dish and hearty and yummy. my family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 2lbs of ground beef
  • half of brown onion(chopped)
  • 2 8oz cans of mix vegetables
  • 2 6oz cans of brown gravy
  • mashed potatoes(instant or homemade)
  • shredded cheese
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Sautee onions in a pan
  2. add ground beef , add salt and pepper to taste and cook till well done
  3. add mix vegetables and brown gray
  4. cook mashed potatoes directed on the box or how you perfer
  5. place meat mixture into greased 3qt baking dish
  6. add mashed to top covering the meat mixture
  7. sprinkle with paprika and cheese
  8. cook for 15-20 (or until is everything is heated through) in a 350 degree oven.
  9. enjoy
