BEEF AND BEAN BURRITOS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Conan Estate in Seagoville, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 11-1/4 ounce can condensed fiesta chili beef soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • Sour cream

Directions
  1. In skillet over medium high heat cook beef and onion until beef is browned stirring to separate.
  2. Pour off fat then add soup and water and heat through over low heat.
  3. Warm tortillas and spoon meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with cheese, salsa and sour cream then fold tortilla around filling.
