Louisiana Fudge

- 3 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. white Karo syrup shopping list
- 2 c. whipping cream (2 cartons) shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Cook to 234 degrees (soft ball).
- Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
- Blend in 1/4 cup butter.
- Beat with mixer 5 minutes.
- Blend in 1/2 cup plain flour, beat with mixer 15 minutes.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Pour into buttered pan.
