This is the traditional caeser salad dressing made from eggs and anchovies. This is the best way for me to get my vegetables.

I really don't like anchovies...would it still tast authentic caeser without them?

This makes a lot of dressing, but if you need to multiply it I think it would be okay - I sometimes add more garlic or anchovies if that is what I am in the mood for.
