Ingredients

I could not put chill time for cook time.

1 28 oz. can sliced peaches

1 cup syrup from peaches, heated

1 small pkg. lemon flavored gelatin

2/3 cup creamed small curd cottage cheese

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, heat reserved syup from the peaches until hot enough to dissolve gelatin. Pour lemon flavored gelatin into hot syrup and stir to dissolve; allow to cool.

In a large bowl, combine gelatin, peaches, cottage cheese and pecans. Whip cream to medium consistency; fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 6-cup serving dish and chill well. Salad will not be firm enough to unmold.
