Ingredients

- 1 28 oz. can sliced peaches shopping list
- 1 cup syrup from peaches, heated shopping list
- 1 small pkg. lemon flavored gelatin shopping list
- 2/3 cup creamed small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat, heat reserved syup from the peaches until hot enough to dissolve gelatin. Pour lemon flavored gelatin into hot syrup and stir to dissolve; allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine gelatin, peaches, cottage cheese and pecans. Whip cream to medium consistency; fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 6-cup serving dish and chill well. Salad will not be firm enough to unmold.
