- 1 cup haricot beans shopping list
- 1 tin tuna shopping list
- 2 tbs. cream or olive oil shopping list
- ¼ cup swiss cheese shopping list
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2tbs. butter shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- ¼ cup soft breadcrumbs and butter for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beans and garlic for 2 hrs in boiling water.
- Drain and puree until smooth with cream/olive oil, tuna, and a little of the bean liquid.
- When smooth add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread in a greased ovenproof dish and top with a layer of fresh breadcrumbs.
- Dot the surface with butter and bake at about 375 degrees for 20mins. It needs to be brown on top and hot right through
