How to make it

  • Pour uncooked minute rice into a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Mix taco seasoning (I used about 1/8 cup) into the rice.
  • Placce chicken in a layer over the rice.
  • Pour cream corn over the chicken
  • Pour water over the whole thing (carefully, try not to wash the corn off the chicken).
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
