Crockpot Chili Recipe
An easy to prepare chili that can be made using almost anything I have in the house. It is always a success.

Ingredients
  • 5 cans of beans (navy, kidney, chick peas, romano, any kinds)
  • 1 large container of hot or medium chunky salsa
  • 3 lbs ground beef (if desired, may be left out if vegetarian)
  • 2 cans mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen corn (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chili powder (or to taste)

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef if using.
  2. Drain and rinse beans well.
  3. Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker and stir to mix salsa in.
  4. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  5. Serve over with crusty rolls or over rice.
