How to make it

  • Cut tomatoes in half
  • scoop out seeds
  • dice intpo 1/2 inch cubes
  • Combinbe liquid ingredients and toss with everything else.
  • Salt and ppepr to taste
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight to get full flavors
  • Stir occasionally
  • Serve with chips or gilled meat or fish
  • lasts one week in the refrigerator
