How to make it

  • Combine first nine ingredients in medium bowl then stir well.
  • Spoon 3 tablespoons spinach mixture in center of each fillet.
  • Roll up jellyroll fashion beginning at narrow end then secure with a wooden pick.
  • Place rolls seam side down in a rectangular baking dish.
  • Combine wine and lemon rind then pour over rolls.
  • Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent.
  • Microwave on high for 7 minutes then allow to stand one minute.
  • Remove and discard wooden picks then slice rolls and transfer to serving plates.

    Yep ! i fancy this ,have some frozen flounder...usually a bit too bland for my liking so this recipe is just what im looking for to give the flounder some serious taste .....wow amazing recipe
