How to make it

  • Soften the cream cheese in a bowl with a fork
  • Peel avocado, remove the seed and add it to the cheese
  • Mash avocado until everything in the bowl becomes creamy consistence
  • Add a dash of salt, wasabi on the knife tip and a couple drops of lemon juice
  • Stir it and put a layer of this paste on top of the crackers or pieces of bread (4x4 cm)
  • Decorate each mini-sandwich with one or or two mint leaves
