Ingredients
  • 36 graham cracker squares (2 1/5 inch)
  • 2 pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding - (4 serv size)
  • 2 c nonfat dry milk powder - divided
  • 4 1/4 c water - divided
  • 1 1/2 c light whipped topping - divided
  • 2 t vanilla extract - divided
  • 1 pkg sugar-free instant chocolate pudding - (4 serv size)
  • 1 T chocolate syrup

Directions
  1. Evenly arrange 12 graham crackers in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dry vanilla pudding mixes,
  3. 1 1/3 cups dry milk powder, and 3 cups water.
  4. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/2 cup whipped
  5. topping and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  6. Mix gently to combine.
  7. Spread half of pudding mixture evenly over graham crackers.
  8. Layer another 12 graham crackers over top.
  9. Evenly spread remaining pudding mixture over graham crackers.
  10. Top with remaining 12 graham crackers.
  11. In a medium bowl, combine dry chocolate pudding mix,
  12. remaining 2/3 cup dry milk powder, remaining 1 teaspoon
  13. vanilla extract and remaining 1 1/4 cups water.
  14. Mix well using a wire whisk. Spread chocolate mixture
  15. evenly over top of graham crackers.
  16. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  17. Just before serving, spread remaining 1 cup
  18. whipped topping evenly over top.
  19. Drizzle chocolate syrup evenly over whipped topping.
  20. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.

Wow this sounds great.


I've made this using the pudding and regular milk didn't use powdered milk. I also would recommend letting it sit longer than 1 hour before serving. Overnight is so much better.


Mmmm sounds so good. I can't wait to taste this.


OHHH I love these I buy them all the time I didn't know they had a Recipe to make them.
