Ingredients

3 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Breast

4 cups pink grapefuit juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1/3 cup honey

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Place chicken in a glass dish.

Mix together the rest of the ingredients.

Pour over the chicken.

Let marinated 1-3 hours.

Grill on medium heat for 20 minutes (or until internal temperature is 175*). Turn once.

Remove from the grill and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.

Serve as is or slice on the diagonal (that is how I serve it for reasonable size pieces).
