  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 - cup powdered sugar
  • 2 -tablespoon irish whiskey

Directions
  1. using an electric mixer with an whisk attachment
  2. beat the cream on medium high speed until soft peaks form
  3. beat in the powdered sugar and whiskey........
  4. use a dollop in your coffee or hot chocolate .mmmm yum
