How to make it

  • Place croutons in a rectangular buttered pan.
  • Place cheese on top of croutons.
  • Fry sausage then drain well and put on top of cheese.
  • Beat eggs, mustard and milk together then pour over meat.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next morning mix 1/2 cup milk with mushroom soup and pour over top of casserole.
  • Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours.
