Champagne Breakfast

- 2-1/2 cups seasoned croutons shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 pounds sausage shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Place croutons in a rectangular buttered pan.
- Place cheese on top of croutons.
- Fry sausage then drain well and put on top of cheese.
- Beat eggs, mustard and milk together then pour over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning mix 1/2 cup milk with mushroom soup and pour over top of casserole.
- Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours.
