This is so incredibly tasty with a nice sauce that forms as this cooks. The roast is very tender and especially good for leftovers. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 pound pot roast
  • 1 package Au Jus seasoning
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing seasoning
  • 12 ounce can tomato juice
  • 1 small package baby carrots
  • 3 medium potatoes cubed

Directions
  1. Place roast in crock pot then put carrots potatoes in with roast.
  2. Put seasoning packets in a mixing bowl with tomato juice and mix well.
  3. Pour mix over roast and vegetables then cook on low for 8-1/2 hours.
