Italian Pot Roast In The Crockpot

This is so incredibly tasty with a nice sauce that forms as this cooks. The roast is very tender and especially good for leftovers. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 pound pot roast shopping list
- 1 package Au Jus seasoning shopping list
- 1 package dry Italian dressing seasoning shopping list
- 12 ounce can tomato juice shopping list
- 1 small package baby carrots shopping list
- 3 medium potatoes cubed shopping list
How to make it
- Place roast in crock pot then put carrots potatoes in with roast.
- Put seasoning packets in a mixing bowl with tomato juice and mix well.
- Pour mix over roast and vegetables then cook on low for 8-1/2 hours.
