Crunchy Lemon Muffins

- 2 cups self rising flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 stick salted butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sugar and lemon rind together.
- Melt butter then add milk and egg then whisk together and add dry ingredients.
- Stir until just combined then place in nonstick muffin tins and bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven then mix lemon juice and sugar together and pour over hot muffins.
