How to make it

  • Cut raw bacon in small pieces, size of thumb
  • Place pieces in mussel shells
  • Dice tomatoes and fill in shells
  • Add spices and squeeze lemon juice over
  • Bake at 300F until bacon is cooked; can also broil
  • Serve with lemon wedges
