How to make it

  • Cream sugar, butter and cocoa.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Add flour, mix them, add coconut, pecans.
  • Bake in 9 x 15 (30 minutes or 9 x 13 (40) minutes at 350 degrees.
  • When done spread marshmallow cream on hot cake.
  • =====================================================
  • Cool then frost with:
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 stick butter (oleo) soft
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • Mix and spread on cooled cake.

    OH MY GOSH!!!! I was expecting an ice cream pie like is served at some local restaurants that they call "Mud Pie." This sounds too good! Thanks!
