How to make it

  • Fold in the cracker mixture.
  • Bake in a greased nine inch square pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Let cool.
  • Cover with 1/2 pint of whipped cream.
  • Top with shaved German chocolate. (Don't use more than 1/2 bar).
  • Chill overnight.
  • Nine servings.

    Probably a stupid question but bare with me: Do you beat the egg whites stiff BEFORE or AFTER adding the sugar and vanilla. Thank you. I think I would like to make this for my family.
