Ahhh pretzel dawgs... awesome, fun, easy & addictive... mmmmm and did i mention delish? oh and sorry i couldnt for some reason get the pic to come up... hmmmm

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 salt dash
  • 1 1/2 cups 100 degree water
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tbls. baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 pack of 8 hot dogs of your choice

Directions
  1. *Mix together first four ingredients; let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. *mix flour to mixture and knead for five minutes.
  3. *Put dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with a damp
  4. towel; allow to rise in a warm place for one hour.
  5. *Divide dough into 8 equally sized pieces; place hot dog in the center and roll up
  6. *In a small dish, stir baking soda into warm water; dip pretzel dogs into mixture (or brush mixture over pretzel dogs)
  7. *Place coated pretzel on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  8. *Bake in a 550 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or until browned.
  9. *Brush melted butter over hot pretzels when done
  10. *finally sprinkle on sea salt
  11. serve with ketchup, mustard, or condiment of your choice for dipping
  12. enjoy!
