Pumpkin Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/4 c Oreo cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c butter or marg. melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpking pie filling (not canned pumpkin) shopping list
- 1 T cornstarch shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 2 tsp veg. oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix crumbs and melted butter or marg. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and mix until blended. Stir in pumpkin pie filling and cornstarch. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until center is just set.
- Spread sour cream over top of warm cheesecake. Let cool.
- Microwave chocolate with oil on medium power for 1 minute, stir until completely melted. Drizze over sour cream topping in a spiral pattern, starting from the center. Draw a tookpick outward from centre to edges though the circles to form a spiderweb. Remove side of pan and serve.
