Ingredients
  • 1 fryer chicken or parts
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1-20 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple and Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Chicken Boullion Cubes or 2 Teaspoons instant Boullion

Directions
  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and Ginger.
  2. Add vinegar, Pineapple, Soy Sauce, and Boullion
  3. Pour over Chicken
  4. Bake 355 Degrees for 1-1 1/2 hour.
  5. Serve over noodles or rice.
