Baked Omelet

- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 8 slices bread toasted shopping list
- 5 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups diced ham shopping list
- 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 2-1/2 ounce can diced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in rectangular pan the cube toasted bread and place on top of butter.
- Mix eggs, 2 cups milk, salt, pepper, ham, bacon, cheese soup and mushrooms.
- Mix well then pour over bread cubes.
- In another bowl mix mushroom soup and remaining milk then pour over top.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
