Super Easy Chocolate Cherry Fudge

If you want the simplest, fastest, most delicious creamy fudge here it is. This doesn't last more than 2 days in my house. During the holidays I make huge batches and give it to my friends and neighbors, it ships really well in winter for great gifts.
Ingredients
- 18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- tbsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 jar maraschino cherries chopped and patted dry shopping list
How to make it
- Line an 8x8 glass casserole dish with wax paper
- In a Pyrex bowl mix all ingedients except cherries
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Stir
- Microwave another 30 seconds
- Remove and stir til all the chips are melted
- Add cherries and mix
- Pour into lined dish and refrigerate til set about 2 hours
- SIt back and enjoy!
