How to make it

  • I like to poke each chicken breast 4-5 times with a small paring knife to give the marinade a chance to penetrate the chicken
  • In a gallon size plastic ziplock I add all the ingredients and squeeze out all the air
  • Place bag in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours
  • Grill and chop for tacos, burritos, salads or this stands on its own for a delicious meal
