How to make it

  • In a skillet, saute the onion in some of the roast liquid until tender. Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated. Pour into one of the pie shells and top with the other pie shell. Cut several slits on top. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is nicely browned.
  • You could easily substitute other meats and vegetables for this pie.

    I have 3 sons that don't leave too many leftovers, but I love recipes that use them. I am one of those people who can't stand to see food wasted! This sounds great.
