Rocky Road Fudge

This is always a pleaser, my mom requests it every Christmas. You can add more or less of the nuts and marshmallows whatever you like. Enjoy!

In Pyrex bowl mix the chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla extract
Microwave 30 seconds and stir
microwave another 30 seconds and continue to stir til all chips are melted and smooth
Add the marshmallows and chopped walnuts
Pour into an 8x8 casserole lined with wax paper
Chill for 2 hours

I had to check a fudge recipe I posted by Pampered Chef and this is very similar with the addition of vanilla - it is oh sooooo goooood! A difinite 5!

I had to check a fudge recipe I posted by Pampered Chef and this is very similar with the addition of vanilla - it is oh sooooo goooood! A difinite 5!
