Fiesta Corn and Rice Salad

- 2 cups cooked brown rice shopping list
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups cooked pinto beans shopping list
- 2 cups corn shopping list
- 1 cup ripe tomato diced shopping list
- 1/4 medium jicama peeled and diced shopping list
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives shopping list
- 1/2 cup bottled vinaigrette dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl then fold in dressing.
- Marinate 1 hour before serving garnished with sunflower seeds if desired.
