Raspberry Buttermilk

- 1 qt fresh red or black raspberries shopping list
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup shopping list
- 1 qt buttermilk shopping list
- Pinch of nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Wash raspberries under cold running water. Using a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, process berries until pureed. Add honey or maple syrup. Process again. Pour buttermilk into raspberry mixture, a little at a time, processing in short bursts until blended. Add nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
