How to make it

  • Wash raspberries under cold running water. Using a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, process berries until pureed. Add honey or maple syrup. Process again. Pour buttermilk into raspberry mixture, a little at a time, processing in short bursts until blended. Add nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
