Easy cheese ball that has pineapple in it. I like the sweetness of this, because it is not overpowering. This should be refrigerated at least 8 hours.

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • assorted crackers for serving

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, using1 cup of the pecans and form into a ball. (Reserve 2nd cup of pecans for coating the cheese ball.)
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Before serving, roll cheese ball in reserved cup of pecans.
  4. Serve with crackers..
