How to make it
- Pre-Heat Oven to 375°
- Cook asparagus till firm.
- Dice pre-cooked ham and put both in the bottom of frozen pie crust.
- Cover with the shredded cheese.
- Combine eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour into pie pan and cook 50 minutes until eggs are set.
- Cover the edges with aluminum foil if they start to burn.
