How to make it

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 375°
  • Cook asparagus till firm.
  • Dice pre-cooked ham and put both in the bottom of frozen pie crust.
  • Cover with the shredded cheese.
  • Combine eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Pour into pie pan and cook 50 minutes until eggs are set.
  • Cover the edges with aluminum foil if they start to burn.
