How to make it

  • Put butter in 9” baking dish and place dish in 425 oven for 10 minutes but do not burn.
  • While that is heating beat together eggs, milk, butter, 3/4 cup sugar, flour and salt until smooth.
  • Remove hot pan from oven and add mixture then quickly return to hot oven for 30 minutes.
  • Add remaining sugar to 3 cups berries and stir to dissolve.
  • When pancake is done remove from oven then spoon berries into center and cut in wedges.
  • Serve with sour cream and brown sugar.
