Baked Norweigan Pancake

- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar divided shopping list
- 3/4 cup regular all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups mixed berries shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Put butter in 9” baking dish and place dish in 425 oven for 10 minutes but do not burn.
- While that is heating beat together eggs, milk, butter, 3/4 cup sugar, flour and salt until smooth.
- Remove hot pan from oven and add mixture then quickly return to hot oven for 30 minutes.
- Add remaining sugar to 3 cups berries and stir to dissolve.
- When pancake is done remove from oven then spoon berries into center and cut in wedges.
- Serve with sour cream and brown sugar.
