Bliss Cake

- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix shopping list
- 1 box (3.4oz) chocolate Fudge pudding shopping list
- 3/4 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 c. olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 c. Bailey's irish cream (or similar substitute) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 bottle Smuckers caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 1 tub Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 can coconut, pecan icing shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and pre-heat oven to 350.
- 2. In mixing bowl, put cake mix, pudding, sour cream, olive oil, Bailey's, and eggs. Mix well
- 3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cake will be done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 4. Whilst cake is baking, mix milk and topping. Blend well .
- 5. Immediately after cake is done, poke holes in top with straw or spoon handle and pour milk mixture over, reserving 1/2 cup.
- 6. Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 7. Melt icing in microwave and stir until smooth and add in 1/2 cup reserved milk mixture. Let sit until it is cool but not set up.
- 8. Fold in whipped topping. Mix well and refrigerate.
- 9. This will be the consistency of melted icecream or pudding.
- 10.Cut cake into small pieces and drizzle topping over as desired.
