How to make it

  • 1.Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and pre-heat oven to 350.
  • 2. In mixing bowl, put cake mix, pudding, sour cream, olive oil, Bailey's, and eggs. Mix well
  • 3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cake will be done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 4. Whilst cake is baking, mix milk and topping. Blend well .
  • 5. Immediately after cake is done, poke holes in top with straw or spoon handle and pour milk mixture over, reserving 1/2 cup.
  • 6. Let cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 7. Melt icing in microwave and stir until smooth and add in 1/2 cup reserved milk mixture. Let sit until it is cool but not set up.
  • 8. Fold in whipped topping. Mix well and refrigerate.
  • 9. This will be the consistency of melted icecream or pudding.
  • 10.Cut cake into small pieces and drizzle topping over as desired.
