Poached Salmon In The Crockpot

- 1-1/4 lb. salmon fillet shopping list
- 1 tsp. chopped chives shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Lay salmon in crockpot skin side down. Sprinkle chives, celery and bay leaf beside salmon.
- Stir remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over salmon.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Cook until salmon flakes with fork.
- Discard bay leaf before serving.
- (The piece of salmon shown was only about 3/4 of a pound.)
