How to make it

  • Lay salmon in crockpot skin side down. Sprinkle chives, celery and bay leaf beside salmon.
  • Stir remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over salmon.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Cook until salmon flakes with fork.
  • Discard bay leaf before serving.
  • (The piece of salmon shown was only about 3/4 of a pound.)
