How to make it

  • Heat broccoli soup and frozen broccoli in saucepan until broccoli is thawed.
  • Heat olive oil over medium high heat in 10" skillet until hot.
  • Cook carrots, onion and garlic until lightly browned then reduce heat and stir in 1/4 cup water.
  • Cover and simmer 15 minutes then remove to bowl.
  • Stir turkey into carrot mixture.
  • Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package then drain well.
  • Mix mozzarella, ricotta, eggs and parmesan then heat oven to 375.
  • Spread 1 cup broccoli sauce in rectangular baking dish.
  • Arrange half of the noodles over remaining noodles, cheese mixture then sauce.
  • Bake 45 minutes then remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
