Turkey Broccoli Lasagna

- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 carrots thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups turkey cooked and chopped shopping list
- 12 lasagna noodles shopping list
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated shopping list
How to make it
- Heat broccoli soup and frozen broccoli in saucepan until broccoli is thawed.
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat in 10" skillet until hot.
- Cook carrots, onion and garlic until lightly browned then reduce heat and stir in 1/4 cup water.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes then remove to bowl.
- Stir turkey into carrot mixture.
- Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package then drain well.
- Mix mozzarella, ricotta, eggs and parmesan then heat oven to 375.
- Spread 1 cup broccoli sauce in rectangular baking dish.
- Arrange half of the noodles over remaining noodles, cheese mixture then sauce.
- Bake 45 minutes then remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
