Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

MIix all ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Serve with assorted crackers, breads and/or breadsticks.

Sounds good. Have you tried frying the garlic first and then adding it. It would give a great flavor as well as a nice little crunch! Deb
