Ingredients
- 2 small green peppers diced shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- 2 tablspoons oil shopping list
- 2 cups cooked hominy shopping list
- 1 cup grated colby cheese{I prefer pepperjack chees grated} shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet simmer pepper onion in oil untill softened about 5 minutes add hominy fry untill brown jus before removing from fire put cheese on top to melt season to taste makes 4 servings
