Caviar Omelet

- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 3 eggs slightly beaten shopping list
- 3 tablespoon chopped watercress leaves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoon red or black caviar shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in skillet over moderate heat.
- Combine eggs, watercress, salt and pepper then add to pan.
- Cook lifting edges with fork until omelet is done then fold omelet in half.
- Turn out onto serving plate then top with sour cream and caviar.
