Cool Crisp Veggie Sandwich Recipe

	crisp dill carrot cucumber

Ingredients

1/4 cucumber sliced thin

1/4 c grated carrots

couple sliced sweet onion sections

2 slices of tomato

alfalfa sprouts

1/4 sliced avocado

1 romaine or lettuce leaf

spicy Tabasco mayo

dill spice

Any favorite, hearty, multi-grain bread

Directions

Mix mayo and dill.

Spread on bread slices

Layer on veggies, and enjoy with a good dill pickle!
