This is a great sandwich for a hot day, or any day, for that matter!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced thin
  • 1/4 c grated carrots
  • couple sliced sweet onion sections
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 sliced avocado
  • 1 romaine or lettuce leaf
  • spicy Tabasco mayo
  • dill spice
  • Any favorite, hearty, multi-grain bread

Directions
  1. Mix mayo and dill.
  2. Spread on bread slices
  3. Layer on veggies, and enjoy with a good dill pickle!
