Banana Toffee Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • In a pan melt butter. Add vanilla essence to it and stir well.
  • In the flour add the baking powder,mix well. add brown sugar,mix well. then add toffee powder. Mix well with spoon.
  • Mash the bananas with the fork.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Make a little depression the flour mix. Pour in the mashed bananas,butter,egg and ,milk.
  • Beat well with a wooden spoon. Beat till dropping/lumpy consistency (not really flowy should be a little thick)
  • Grease the moulds. Pour the mix in it filling only half in each mould.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for abt 20mins /till done.
  • Once done let it cool n then brush with honey.
