Spanish Rice In Crock Pot Recipe
Easy, spicy and hearty. Serve with a nice hunk of bread for a filling Winter meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb rolled sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomotoes
  • 1 4oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup rice - Uncooked
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Brown meat in skillet and drain off fat
  2. Pul all ingredients in crock pot and stir thoroughly
  3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3 hours
  4. Serve from pot adding cheddar cheese on top of each serving.
