How to make it

  • Melt butter in pot. Saute onion, pepper, and garlic until they appear glossy in appearance. Slowly whisk in half and half and cream. Stir in cream corn. Add Creole seasoning, bay leaves and Tabasco. Bring to a boil. Add crab meat, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves, serve and enjoy.
