I found this at nikibone.com I was looking for a raspberry vinaigrette that didn't have sugar or raspberry preserves in it. Very good on my green salad with cold leftover chicken breast.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbs. coarsely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients except oil in food processor.
  2. Gradually stream in oil to working processor.
  3. Can be refrigerated for use ahead.
  4. (I guessed at the serving size.)
