Spiced Noodle Crunchies

- 150g - 5oz dried vermicelli rice noodles shopping list
- 1 red chili finely diced shopping list
- 2tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1tsp ground ginger shopping list
- ¼ small red onion finely diced shopping list
- 1 tsp finely chopped lemon grass shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp ground coriander shopping list
- large pinch ground turmeric shopping list
- rock salt shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- bottle sweet chili sauce for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- roughly break up noodles and pour over enough boiling water to soak for 4-5min.
- drain and rinse under cold water
- dry on kitchen paper
- mix noodles well with all the spices, omitting the dipping sauce
- heat oil in wok
- using a tablespoon drop batches of noodles into the hot oil
- flatten with skimmer, cook for 1-2 min on each side until crisp
- drain on kitchen towel
- serve with sweet chili sauce
