Yes. Wine pie. It's not really French, or Swiss. It's from a winery.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 c dry Riesling
  • 1 baked 9" pie shell

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add wine and mix very well.
  4. Pour into pie shell, and bake for 20-25 minutes. The filling will be a clear gel when removed from the oven.
  5. Cool for 3 or 4 hours.
