How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
- Add wine and mix very well.
- Pour into pie shell, and bake for 20-25 minutes. The filling will be a clear gel when removed from the oven.
- Cool for 3 or 4 hours.
