How to make it

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine turkey, 1/3 cup of Pasta Sauce, egg, and bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  • Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil.
  • In the pan, shape the turkey mixture into a rectangle that's slightly smaller than the pan.
  • Sprinkle 1.5 cups of cheese down the center, leaving a .75 inch border. Roll, starting at a long end, like a jelly roll. Press ends together to seal.
  • Bake uncovered 45 mins.
  • Pour remaining sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 15 mins until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins before serving.
