Green Apple Cake

This cake is so moist , fluffy and soft .... Great for afternoon tea .
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 C soft brown sugar shopping list
- ...................... shopping list
- 1 C self raising flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking pwd shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon pwd shopping list
- 2 tsp full cream milk pwd shopping list
- ........................ shopping list
- 1 C olive oil shopping list
- 1 green apple , grated shopping list
- ...................... shopping list
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1 tbsp chocolate chip shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the egg and sugar until creamy .
- Add the dry ing.
- Beat until mix well .
- Add the oil and apple .
- Pour into a greased loaf .
- Swirl the syrup on top .
- Sprinkle the chip over .
- Bake for 25 mins .
- Serve warm .

Hi Cholena, sounds great, tell me why is the difference between olive oil and regular oil?, I´ve never baked a cake with olive oil. thanks
