Ingredients

2 eggs

1 C soft brown sugar

......................

1 C self raising flour

1 tsp baking pwd

1/2 tsp cinnamon pwd

2 tsp full cream milk pwd

........................

1 C olive oil

1 green apple , grated

......................

2 tsp chocolate syrup

1 tbsp chocolate chip

Directions

Beat the egg and sugar until creamy .

Add the dry ing.

Beat until mix well .

Add the oil and apple .

Pour into a greased loaf .

Swirl the syrup on top .

Sprinkle the chip over .

Bake for 25 mins .

Serve warm .
