Pecan Topped Pumpkin Bread

- 31/2c flour shopping list
- 1Tbs baking powder shopping list
- 2tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 1tsp gr.cinnamon shopping list
- 1tsp gr nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2tsp gr allspice shopping list
- 2c granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2c egg substitute shopping list
- 1/2c canola oil1/2c low-fat buttermilk2 lg. eggs shopping list
- 2/3c water1(15oz) can pumpkincooking spray shopping list
- 1/3c chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour with next 6 ingredients9through allspice) in a bowl. Place sugar,egg substitute,oil,buttermilk and eggs in a large bowl;beat with a mixer at high speed until well blended
- Add water and pumpkin,beating at low speed till blended. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture,beating at low speed just till combined.
- Spoon batter into 2(9x5") loaf pans coated with spray. Sprinkle pecans evenly over batter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Coo 10 mins in pans on wire rack;remove from pans. Cool completely on rack.
