Chicken Noodle Soup

- 2 large chicken breasts with skin and bones shopping list
- ***simmer the chicken breasts in stock (I use the cubes), 1 chopped onion and salt and pepper for an hour then let cool and remove meat for soup and strain the pot and reserve the broth** shopping list
- 1 can of carrots drained shopping list
- 2 baking potatoes peeled and diced shopping list
- 2 stalks of celery chopped thin shopping list
- 1 cup small egg noodles shopping list
- chicken buillion cubes (1 per cup of water you add) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot add reserved broth, chicken meat, potatoes, celery, and add as much water as needed (adding one cube per one cup of water added) and let this simmer for 30-45 minutes. Then add your carrots and noodles and simmer another 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
